Are you allowed by law to install this boiler? i ask because in the UK i am a installer registered with Gas safe and anyone doing this kind of think without qualification runs the risk of being in trouble. I think you have done a great job non the less, the lever ball valves are ok, but for regulating flow i would use the wheel type and tag them with lables saying what they are for, also do not adjust.
