That looks like you have taken great care in what you have done, i have one question.
Are you allowed by law to install this boiler? i ask because in the UK i am a installer registered with Gas safe and anyone doing this kind of think without qualification runs the risk of being in trouble.
I think you have done a great job non the less, the lever ball valves are ok, but for regulating flow i would use the wheel type and tag them with lables saying what they are for, also do not adjust.

175000 btu (British thermal units) good old England ;-) 175000 Divide by 3412 will give 51.28 kw. Not a bad size.
I dont want to be rude but how much did the boiler cost? regards Your English mate.

I had it for about 2 years before I installed it .I think I paid around $1,800.00 I also had to build a new chimney for it . The old one was no good. I barely keep warm with my heat pump.

First let me congratulate you on a absolutly perfect job! Everything, from the piping to the controlls to the wiring came out perfect. I have to be honest though, I'm having a hard time accepting that this is the first system you've ever installed. I've been in the field for 29 years and can tell you that your installation out does most of the "so" called professionals I deal with every day.

Anyway, beautiful work, an if you're in need of employment give me a buzz. :)))
